Receptionist - Legal

Sharon Moss Legal Pty Ltd is a well-known legal practice located in Dee Why on Sydney's Northern Beaches comprising solicitors, licensed conveyancers and support staff.

We are offering a full-time position 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work close to home, in a friendly and modern work environment, and with a great team of people.

About you

  • Very well organised and with a high attention to detail
  • Takes ownership and can carry out office procedures with minimal supervision, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and English skills and computer literate
  • Would prefer two years experience working in a legal office and have appropriate experience and be proficient in legal based software, preferably LEAP.
  • Able to work autonomously and contribute as a team member

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Answering and directing calls
  • Opening files on LEAP
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Managing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
  • Drafting routine correspondence
  • General office administration including filing, photocopying, scheduling meetings

We are looking for the right applicant for the position.  Position to commence immediately on six months probation with a view to permanency after the initial period.

Salary dependent upon experience and suitability.
