Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant

**Join Our Vibrant Chiropractic Team - Northern Beaches & Sydney CBD**

**Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist (approx. 28-30 hrs per week)**

Are you friendly, organised and passionate about health and helping people?
We’re looking for one or two **Chiropractic Assistants** to join our energetic team across:
**Complete Chiropractic - Dee Why**
**Clinic 27 - Sydney CBD (near Wynyard / Martin Place)**

This role can be **one position covering both clinics**, or **two separate part-time roles** (one per clinic) depending on availability and fit.

**The Role**

You’ll be the welcoming face of our clinics, ensuring each patient has a positive experience while keeping things running smoothly.

**Key tasks**:

- Greeting patients and managing appointments
- Processing payments and maintaining records
- Supporting chiropractors with patient flow and reports
- Helping create a positive, calm and uplifting clinic atmosphere

**Hours**:

- **Mon**: Dee Why 11:30am-6pm
- **Tue**: Dee Why 7:30am-6pm (1.5h break)
- **Wed**: Sydney CBD 7:15am-4pm (½h break)
- **Thu**: Sydney CBD 7:30am-3pm (½h break)

**About You**
- Warm, reliable and organised
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confident with basic computer systems
- Previous reception or admin experience preferred
- Passionate about health, wellness and helping others
