Medical Receptionist

We are currently seeking a positive and passionate Medical Receptionist to join the team across clinics in North Sydney.
As part of our team you will work across clinic in Dee Why primarily with some travel to Chatswood and Hornsby, and will ideally be someone who enjoys working collaboratively across a number of team and lives in the Northern Beaches/Lower North Shore.
We have a casual position available, working 7.5 hour shifts between the core hours of 8am to 5:30pm.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.

**You will**:

- Welcome and process patients
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Accounts Receivable
- Follow up medical information with various third parties
- Manage telephone enquiries
- Patient information data entry
- Carry out general reception duties

**About you**:

- Previous reception experience
- Have professional, patient and courteous manner
- Excellent articulation and telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills
- Strong multitasking capabilities
