Your new opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real difference? If so, we want you to join our team Reporting to the Elizabeth Shop Manager, you'll provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

In addition, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to members and customers.
  • Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA's extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.
  • Resolve inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.
  • Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team.

Hours

Full-time training from September 22nd- October 15th

After training you will be working approximately 15-20 hours per week, with shifts scheduled on both weekdays and weekends.

About you

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

  • A genuine passion for helping others.
  • Proficient with the use of computers.
  • A passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build rapport with members and teammates.
  • Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
