Broker Support Officer – Boutique Mortgage Firm | Norwest

We are a growing boutique mortgage firm located in Norwest, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Broker Support Officer to join our friendly team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist mortgage brokers with loan applications from submission to settlement.
  • Prepare, review, and lodge supporting documents.
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth processing.
  • Manage file updates and compliance requirements.
  • Handle general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations.

About You

  • Experience in mortgage broking, banking, or loan processing preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with aggregator platforms is a plus.
