Rebound Health is a leading multidisciplinary allied-health clinic supporting NDIS participants, young adults and adults living with disability, neurological and chronic conditions.

Your role as a Graduate OT

• Work 1:1 with clients living with disability, neurological or chronic conditions
• Deliver therapy across clinic, community and home settings
• Develop your clinical reasoning, assessment and intervention skills with support from your mentor
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement client-centred programs
• Learn best practice NDIS documentation, goal setting and progress reporting
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and families — and celebrate their wins

Who we're looking for

You're a soon-to-be or recently graduated OT who:

• Has a genuine passion for helping people live with confidence and independence
• Values teamwork, learning and feedback
• Thrives in a supportive, growth-focused environment
• Holds (or is eligible for) AHPRA registration
