At One Mama Baby & Child First Aid, we empower parents and caregivers with life-saving first aid skills for their little ones. Our classes are engaging, hands-on, and practical, designed to build confidence in handling choking, CPR, burns, fevers, allergic reactions, and more.

We're looking for a qualified paramedic who is passionate about education, infant and child safety, and making a difference to join our team as a First Aid Instructor

About the Role

As a First Aid Instructor, you will:

  • Teach engaging, hands-on classes for parents and caregivers.
  • Demonstrate CPR, choking relief, and essential first aid skills using mannequins and training equipment.
  • Empower parents to respond confidently in an emergency.
  • Keep classes fun, practical, and judgment-free – we want participants to feel comfortable asking questions
  • Work flexible hours – ideal for paramedics looking for additional income while making a meaningful impact.

Who We're Looking For

  • AHPRA-registered paramedic
  • Strong communication skills – you enjoy teaching and engaging with people.
  • Passionate about first aid education and making families feel prepared.
  • Friendly, confident, and approachable – you can make complex topics simple and fun
