What You'll Do

  • Design and develop mixed-signal communication circuits and bespoke RF waveforms.
  • Model, simulate, and verify RF systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Innovate antenna design and research new technologies.
  • Oversee testing, integration, and calibration from prototype to production.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, mechanical, and systems engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance, safety, and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven RF engineering experience, including discreet communications and antenna design.
  • Proficiency with RF simulation tools (CST, HFSS, ADS, MATLAB).
  • Strong knowledge of wireless standards (LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).
  • Understanding of EMC/EMI principles and RF safety practices.
  • Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
To Be Eligible For This Position You Must Be

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Be an Australian Citizen; and
  • Hold a Negative Vetting 2 clearance or higher.
