About us:
The outer western region of our service includes extremely remote communities. Cairns Hospital is the only major referral hospital in Far North Queensland and also provides care for people from Cape York and the Torres Strait.
About you:
In your new role you will;
Establish and maintain a communication network between health service providers by attending meetings, liaising with other teams, Aboriginal Medical services and other providers to improve outpatient clinics.
Promote healthy team functioning by effective communication and participation in all aspects of the Service, whilst acknowledging the importance of a respectful workplace.
Actively participate in a healthy working environment by supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, diversity, inclusive service provision, occupational health and safety, and ethical behaviour.
To be highly organised and have a high level of attention to detail.
