We are looking for a suitably qualified Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner to join Gunyah of Wellness AMS, in Gympie, QLD Australia.  We specialise in providing health services to Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people and to the whole of the community, but We are not your typical medical center

You will work alongside GP's, Allied Health, and Aboriginal Health Practitioners in the medical centre as an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner, in addition to empowering Mob through community initiatives. Chronic Disease Management and Primary Health Care experience highly desirable.

Primary Role: Gunyah of Wellness Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner.

Primary Work Location: Gympie, QLD

Employment Type: Permanant Part-Time, 4 Days a week.

Salary Range: $30 - $45 per hour (Award rate to be based on Nurses Award MA000034)

Reports To: Practice Manager
