Your Mission

As a Level 2 Wine Bar Server (casual, on demand), you will:

  • Confidently guide guests through wine selections and pairings.
  • Deliver polished, personable service that enhances the guest experience.
  • Manage your section with efficiency, precision, and pride.
  • Support smooth bar and floor coordination during service.
  • Uphold RSA compliance and maintain presentation standards at all times.
  • Adapt to different venues and service styles while keeping your poise and professionalism.

What You Bring

  • WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • 2–3 years' hospitality experience—ideally in wine, fine dining, or boutique bar environments.
  • A genuine interest in wine, flavour, and guest engagement.
  • Confidence, curiosity, and calm under pressure.
  • A refined sense of hospitality and attention to detail.
