Our Perth restaurant is looking for experienced and dedicated Guest Services Host to become part of our professional and hard-working team. As the first point of contact for our restaurant, be the one to stand out with your exceptional customer service and high attention to detail.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

  • Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
  • Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
  • Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
  • Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in guest services within the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry
  • Previous experience in an A La Carte environment an advantage
  • Cash handling experience
  • Res-diary experience an advantage
  • Current RSA certificate
  • Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
