You’ll have:
- IT graduate degree- A valid driver's license during employment- Excellent verbal communication skills, clear and concise phone manner.- Willingness to support production servers and services outside of business hours- Strong customer service focus- Confidence in providing IT solutions and advice to a range of users- A willingness to learn and upskill- Solid problem solving and analytical skills- Effective time management skills- Ability to prioritise and quickly resolve issues- Ability to present information at group meetings
