The Role

As a Club Manager (Parental Leave Cover), you'll be the heart of our club's success. You will oversee daily operations while fostering a culture of belonging and excellence. You will be accountable for the overall management of the club, achieving all KPIs and effectively leading the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an environment in which our BELONG values can thrive. Your key responsibilities include:

• Parental leave cover for a few months with the potential for future opportunities in different roles within the club
• Driving sales and member growth through effective leadership and innovative strategies
• Ensuring all agreed targets are met while cultivating an inclusive, welcoming and positive environment
• Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve high performance
• Delivering top-tier customer service that sets us apart
• Managing marketing efforts to attract and retain members
• Upholding all safety and security standards

About You

You're passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example. You also bring:

• Years of management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a history of coaching teams
• A proven ability to meet sales and marketing goals
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both staff and members
• A deep commitment to exceptional customer service
