- Salary - $100k - $110k TFR (inclusive of superannuation) Based on skills/experience.

- Support the project team in delivering key milestones, ensuring asset maintenance aligns with project requirements, including sustainability goals and subcontractor performance.
- Build and maintain client relationships, assisting in the management of project delivery and addressing escalations as needed.
- Collaborate with Project and Asset teams to help generate insightful performance reports.
- Assist in facilitating on-site activities, including kick-off meetings, toolbox talks, and safety sessions, ensuring compliance with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards.
- Help ensure timely project completion, meeting milestones and KPIs, with occasional travel within the region as required.
- Tertiary qualifications in Project management or relevant industry experience. (Preferred but not required.)
- Competent in a range of project management software.
- Ability to manage subcontractors in the operation of their duties.
- Project reporting, monitoring and rectification reporting and forecasting.
- Practical experience managing the full life cycle of projects.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with demonstrated ability in influencing outcomes across stakeholders.
