Entry Level – Cost Schedule Associate

About the role:

Are you confident with Excel, detail-oriented, and looking to step into a new career path? We're seeking an Entry Level Cost Schedule Associate to join our team. No prior cost scheduling experience is required — if you've worked in finance, logistics, administration, or a similar role, your skills are highly transferable.

We'll provide training and mentoring to help you build your expertise in project cost scheduling and project controls.

What you will be doing:

• Assisting with preparing project budgets, schedules, and financial reports.
• Learning how to track project progress and highlight risks or delays.
• Helping to maintain accurate project records and databases.
• Supporting Project Managers with updates to costs, schedules, and risk registers.
• Gaining hands-on experience in cost control systems, reporting, and project planning.

What we are looking for:

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Experience in finance, logistics, admin, or similar roles where attention to detail is key.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• A willingness to learn and apply new technical skills.
• An interest in building a career in project cost scheduling and project controls.
