Looking for a Site Cleaning Manager – Located in Adelaide, SA

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, energetic and experienced Site Manager to join our team with opportunities for skill development and career advancement – Full Time - Monday to Friday

Requirement:

  • Managing the cleaning team and oversee the operations (Vacuuming, Sweeping, Mopping, Wiping surfaces, Dusting, Cleaning restrooms, restocking consumables and Removal of rubbish. In addition, this role will be responsible for the night routine cleaning schedule to ensure the presentation and cleanliness of the site.)
  • Management skills involving staff and work standards
  • Accidents and incidents are reported and followed up to ensure work practices remain safe and effective.
  • Identify and record any problems relating to the site and as specified by the customer.
  • Cleaning Experience will be highly regarded.
  • The ability to work autonomously and use your initiative to ensure all work is completed to high standards.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, sanitisation, and maintaining cleanliness in various settings.
  • Familiarity with safe and proper use of cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.
  • The ability to use machinery ( Floor scrubbers, polishers, and buffers) and train the team
