Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours) or Part-time (minimum 3 days)

We are seeking a passionate, qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our inspiring team and help shape the future of our preschool program.

Your Role
  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our preschool curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Mentor and collaborate with educators to achieve excellence in Quality Area 1 and beyond.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of children's learning, progress, and goals.

What We're Looking For
  • ACECQA-approved Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • NESA accreditation (Provisional or Proficient) or working towards.
  • Current WWCC, First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and best practice pedagogy.
  • A commitment to teamwork, reflective practice, and continuous improvement.
