The role

We are seeking an experienced cook to join our team at REDCLIFFE ON THE MURRAY in Pinjarra, Western Australia. This is a casual opportunity for an individual who is committed to delivering outstanding culinary experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality meals for our restaurant and catering operations for our Private Functions
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient kitchen environment
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement new menu items
  • Ensuring all food preparation and presentation standards are consistently met
  • Providing guidance and supervision to kitchen staff as required
  • Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience as a Cook in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment
  • Strong culinary skills, with a focus on creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
  • Excellent time management, organisation and multi-tasking abilities
  • A passion for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to upholding high food safety and hygiene standards
