  • Base Salary: $68,484 - $74,197 p.a. (pro rata)
  • Total Effective Package: $87,464 - $93,950 (p.a.)*
  • Full-Time continuous contract available

About the Role

The Medical Receptionists provide a high standard and confidential client-focused service and support. The positions act as the face of the clinic, greeting and triaging all clients and visitors and working closely with the clinic team to meet the needs of clients.


Duties include

  • Provide a professional, positive and friendly first-point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, including triaging and actioning client requests.
  • Triage all clients and visitors to the clinic including, prioritising and monitoring clients

Hours are Monday to Friday, 10.00am until 6.00pm

Saturday and Sundays, 12.00pm to 4.00pm
