​The Opportunity:

At Rauland Australia & New Zealand, we're redefining how technology supports healthcare delivery. We're seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead our contract management and governance, ensuring commercial outcomes are optimised, risks are managed, and Rauland's interests are protected.

Reporting to the General Manager – Finance, you'll partner with senior leaders and external counsel to guide the business on complex contractual, legal, and commercial matters. This is an ideal role for a pragmatic legal professional who enjoys working across a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation.

What you will be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain robust policies, frameworks, and commercial terms aligned to business strategy.

• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

• Provide clear, solution-focused commercial and legal advice to business leaders.

• Lead complex negotiations balancing commercial opportunity and risk.

• Manage external counsel and leverage professional networks for specialist advice.

• Standardise contract templates and governance processes for efficiency.

• Educate and support teams to strengthen commercial capability and compliance.

• Drive continuous improvement and leverage legal technology for smarter workflows.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Law, Compliance, or related discipline essential; Legal Practising Certificate (or eligibility) preferred.

• 5+ years in contract management or commercial legal roles, ideally within SMEs.

• Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts.

• Strong understanding of risk management, governance, and compliance.

• Experience in technology, healthcare, or construction sectors desirable.

• Familiarity with legal tech and AI tools advantageous.

• Commercially minded, ethical, and pragmatic. Strong communicator, negotiator, and problem-solver with the ability to manage competing priorities.
