The Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC) is on the lookout for talented Casual Pastry Chefs to join our dynamic Pastry team. About the Role

As a Casual Pastry Chef, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, contributing to large-scale events and banquets. We're seeking Pastry Chefs with a positive attitude and the flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including peak service times. What We're Looking For

• Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery/Patisserie.
• Proven experience in high-volume food production within quality establishments.
• A genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry.
• Thorough knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Protocols with a strong commitment to compliance.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Excellent availability and flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends across a 7-day roster.
