We're on the hunt for a dynamic, people-focused Interior Designer with sales flair who can juggle a busy showroom environment, think on their feet, and make clients feel right at home.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome walk-in clients while managing pre-booked consultations with equal care and enthusiasm.
  • Provide tailored interior design advice across bathrooms, kitchens, and renovations.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and documentation, including joinery, integrated stone, benchtops, and custom vanities.
  • Produce plans, renders, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit a plus).
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in the showroom and client needs.
  • Build strong rapport with both retail clients and industry professionals.
  • Liaise with supplier reps, staying across the latest products and innovations.
  • Drive sales by pairing design expertise with premium service.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in a design and sales role within renovations, interiors, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Revit desirable.
  • Strong technical ability in producing joinery and stone documentation.
  • A fast learner who thrives in a busy, ever-changing environment.
  • Confident communicator who connects easily with clients and collaborators.
  • Organised, efficient, and skilled at managing multiple projects at once.
  • Proven sales ability and relationship-building skills.
