Where you'll make an impact

• Assist qualified tradespeople with maintenance tasks across staff accommodation buildings
• Carry out air-conditioning cleaning, servicing and filter maintenance to ensure efficient operation
• Support general repairs and preventative maintenance works as directed
• Maintain workshop tools, materials, and cleaning equipment in good working order
• Ensure all work areas and accommodation facilities are kept clean, organised, and safe
• Accurately record maintenance tasks, materials used and time worked
   

What we're looking for

You're proactive, hands-on and eager to contribute to a professional maintenance team. You take pride in your work, follow safety procedures carefully, and are always ready to lend a hand where needed. You're comfortable working indoors and outdoors, and you don't mind getting your hands dirty when it comes to cleaning and maintaining equipment.

To be successful, you'll need

• Current manual driver's licence (Essential)
• Previous experience cleaning and maintaining air-conditioning systems (Highly Regarded)
• Experience in general building or property maintenance (Preferred)
• Forklift licence (Desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• A positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude
