Real Estate Photographer / Videographer – M&N Accommodation

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Photographer/Videographer to join our team at M&N Accommodation. You'll be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content of our fully furnished rental properties, team operations, and staging process — turning them into engaging, cinematic stories that help showcase our brand.

What You'll Do
  • Film and photograph apartments, walkthroughs, and staging days.
  • Deliver content in multiple formats (16:9, 9:16) for web, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Shoot in 4K with dynamic camera movements (tracking, sliding, panning).
  • Capture authentic behind-the-scenes team moments and property transformations.
  • Create both cinematic full tours (60–90 sec) and short promo edits (20–30 sec) optimised for social media.
  • Blend real footage with stock where needed to elevate production value.
  • Ensure videos tell a story that feels fast-paced, modern, and highly shareable.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or promotional photography/videography.
  • Skilled in filming, editing, and sound recording.
  • Strong eye for composition, lighting, and detail.
  • Confident in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (or similar).
  • Ability to capture before-and-after transformations that inspire property owners.
  • Creative, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
