Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Adelaide, SA, with some flexibility for remote work. As a CSM / Contract Manager, you will oversee Tier 1 client contracts, ensuring service quality and satisfaction while managing relationships with both clients and internal teams. Daily responsibilities include coordinating and supervising cleaning schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, addressing client concerns, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role also involves preparing and reviewing reports, managing budgets, and driving operational efficiency within assigned contracts.

Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge and experience in contract management, client relationship management, and service delivery.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple contracts and deliverables.
  • Understanding of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and operational standards in cleaning services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for resolving client concerns and maintaining relationships.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools, budgeting, and operational planning systems.
  • Previous experience in facility management, cleaning services, or a related industry is advantageous.
  • Adaptability to work both from our Adelaide office and travel onsite in Adelaide and regionally for inspections and client meetings, ensuring effective performance and collaboration.
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation will be beneficial - a company car will be offered as part of your package.
