About the role
Geelong Medical Supplies Pty Ltd is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This 'all-rounder' role will require the provision of exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our medical supplies business.
Candidates must have Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position.
While advertised as a full-time role, consideration would also be given to appropriate candidates who are available Monday to Friday, part-time.
What you'll be doing
· Accounts payable/receivable duties
· Providing support to the wider team, including NDIS portal and administration work
· Maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
· Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
· Handling inquiries, orders, and inventory management in a timely and professional manner.
What we're looking for
· Previous experience in an administrative/customer service role (experience in the medical/healthcare industry looked upon favourably)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
· A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
· A positive, friendly, and proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
