The Role

This position is ideal for someone with 1-3 years' experience in risk, compliance, or governance, who is eager to broaden their skills and make a meaningful impact. You'll support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organisation's compliance framework while working closely with stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities:
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of compliance and governance frameworks
  • Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews, and reporting
  • Support risk assessments and control testing activities
  • Help ensure regulatory obligations are identified, understood, and met
  • Provide general compliance advice to stakeholders and escalate issues
  • Contribute to policy development, procedure updates, and training materials

Your Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in risk, compliance, governance, or a similar operational role (financial services preferred).
  • Foundational understanding of risk management principles and the Three Lines of Defence model.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of reviewing documentation and conducting gap analyses.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain policies and procedures.
