Troocoo is seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst to support procurement and commercial decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and insights. This role partners closely with procurement, finance, and operational stakeholders to improve visibility of spend, supplier performance, compliance, and risk.

You will be responsible for translating procurement data into meaningful insights that support category strategies, sourcing activity, contract management, and broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse procurement and spend data to identify trends, risks, savings opportunities, and performance insights
  • Develop and maintain procurement reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Support category management and sourcing activities with data-led insights and market intelligence
  • Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, and key procurement KPIs
  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis across procurement categories
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of procurement data across systems
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver fit-for-purpose insights
  • Support audit, governance, and policy compliance through robust data and reporting

About You

  • Proven experience in a procurement, commercial, or analytical role
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data and tell a clear story
  • Experience working with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) highly regarded
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
