About the Role:
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Contracts Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for the SBS portfolio's daily operations and assisting the Operations department wherever needed.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage general contracts: Ensure compliance and client satisfaction through daily administrative support.
- Coordinate tasks: Handle contract setup, amendments, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise effectively: Communicate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders on various service-related matters.
- Maintain data accuracy: Keep passenger lists, route data, maps, and documents up-to-date.
- Prepare claims and reports: Support in documentation and tender submissions.
- Communicate service disruptions: Notify clients of disruptions or changes as required.
- Reporting: Generate timely and accurate contractual obligation reports and performance metrics.
- Data management: Reconcile and ensure data integrity for compliance and audit purposes.
- Staff and roster management: Support driver, aide scheduling, and training compliance.
- Backup operations: Provide operational coverage as needed.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Office, Excel & CMS
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Solid understanding of contractual conditions
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
