Working collaboratively with the broader People and Performance team, you'll play a key role in implementing people initiatives, supporting the People and Performance Leaders in delivering the currently endorsed People Strategy, and providing guidance and support to leaders to help them navigate operational and complex HR matters. This role is ideal for someone with a solid HR foundation who is eager to grow their expertise in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Build positive working relationships with staff and leaders to support team needs and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Assist and drive the employee experience within the City of Salisbury with the key objective being a great place to work.
- Manage and collate engagement and other surveys whilst focused on employee experience.
- Complete stay and exit interviews to drive continuous improvement initiatives and collate meaningful data.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in employee and industrial relations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, influence, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
