St John's Lutheran School Jindera is excited to invite applications for quality educators

We are seeking primary school teachers who are passionate about using innovative approaches to inspire learning in our students. The successful candidate will be able to provide explicit teaching as well as contemporary learning experiences, transferring students' skills and knowledge into making positive real-life impacts. We are looking for a teacher who is motivated by placing student needs first, committed to creating a positive culture at our school and able to develop positive relationships in a Christian environment.

The role will be a full-time position on a 12-month contract.  Graduate teachers are encouraged to apply.

Selection criteria:

  1. Are you our next team member that will work in a school driving contemporary learning? How?
  2. How will you be an asset to a professional learning community which values collaboration and innovation through a positive team environment?
  3. What are your priorities and values when building relationships with students, families, and colleagues?
  4. As a professional educator, how do you ensure professionalism in planning, assessment, feedback, and communication with all members of the school community?
  5. How will you display commitment to the aims and vision of St John's Lutheran School, and positively contribute to our Christian environment?
