As we continue to expand our footprint across residential and commercial markets, we're looking for a driven Business Development & Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
As our Business Development & Sales Executive, you will be the catalyst for FANTACI's growth—identifying new market opportunities, cultivating relationships with architects, designers, builders and end-clients, and closing deals that align with our brand's quality and vision. You'll work closely with our design and production teams to ensure a seamless hand-off from sales to delivery, keeping client satisfaction at the heart of every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Research and target key segments (builders, architects, property developers, interior designers) through cold calls, networking events, and online channels.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with referral partners and high-value clients; attend industry trade shows and local events.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Craft compelling proposals and presentations; negotiate contracts, pricing, and project scope to achieve revenue targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, forecast sales performance, and report weekly/monthly metrics to the General Manager.
- Collaboration: Partner with design, production, and project management teams to customize solutions that meet client needs and ensure delivery timelines.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities; provide feedback to leadership for strategic planning.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B/B2C sales or business development experience—preferably in cabinetry, joinery design, or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable juggling multiple prospects.
- A genuine passion for design, quality craftsmanship, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
