OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, market-oriented and results-driven Sales Consultant to significantly grow our sales in Victoria. This pivotal role reports to the National Business Development Manager and focuses on expanding our presence in key market segments.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Growth & Business Development
- Drive sales growth in Victoria with the goal of doubling regional revenue
- Identify and convert project opportunities through proactive sales strategies
- Prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, events, and referrals
- Create and convert product specifications into project wins
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stonemasons, builders, interior designers, and architects
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored Eco Benchtops solutions
- Strategic Collaboration
- Align regional activities with national sales and marketing initiatives
- Work cross-functionally to support promotional campaigns and new product launches
- Contribute insights on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM on customers and competitor information
- Key Relationships
- Builders, developers, kitchen joinery companies, stonemasons
- Architects and interior designers across Victoria
- Internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development
- Achievement Orientation: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
