The Role

Due to changes within our flourishing business, we are looking for a Branch Manager, to oversee the daily operations and a team of technicians at our Nathan Branch, Brisbane.

We are currently seeking career focused individuals with a passion for providing exceptional service to current and prospective customers.

We will provide full training our processes and procedures, to ensure your long-term success.

Reporting to the General and Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited too:

  • Provide our customers with outstanding customer service
  • High amount of data entry required
  • Management of P&L
  • Ensuring all work booked, is within the Scope of Works
  • Managing customer enquiries / issues
  • Managing daily depot operations, safety and compliance.
  • Be the motivating / driving force behind the team
  • Conflict resolution
  • Performance management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is at a premium, at all times
  • Promote a harassment free workplace
  • Be clear & transparent in all transactions / communications
  • Keep a high moral & ethical standard in all business dealings & transactions

Critical to your success will be:

  • High level of proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products
  • Time management
  • An enthusiasm for success
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Fantastic relationship building skills
  • A willingness to learn a proven sales methodology
  • Proven Leadership skills
  • Proactive approach to daily operations
  • Very high level of personal branding
  • High level of communication through all mediums
  • Relevant industry recognised trade qualification preferred, but not essential
  • HR / HC / MC License preferred but not essential
