What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage branch operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and service excellence
  • Inspire and guide your team, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism
  • Drive performance through clear KPIs and continuous improvement
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, resolving issues with confidence and care
  • Manage budgets and P&L, identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth
  • Champion safety and compliance across all aspects of the operation
  • Expand our local market presence through strategic thinking and community engagement

Qualifications

  • What You'll Bring
  • Proven leadership experience in transport, logistics, or depot/branch management
  • Strong knowledge of transport regulations, safety standards, and operational compliance
  • A hands-on, people-first approach to leadership
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain (we'll support you with training)
  • HR Licence or willingness to obtain (we'll support you with training)
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office and logistics systems experience
