The Opportunity:
- Full-Time | Ongoing contract of employment.
- $55,756 per annum pro rata + 12% super. Reasonable overtime will be offered which can be taken as a 25% salary loading equating to $13,939 p.a. by agreement.
- Eildon Campus – onsite parking. Accommodation is not provided in this position.

Located in the heart of Victoria's Yarra Valley, the campus offers a range of specialised programs and training opportunities in areas such as outdoor leadership, environmental management, and hospitality.
Holmesglen at Eildon is seeking an organised and service-focused Reservations Coordinator to support the seamless delivery of conferences, events, student programs, and guest stays. You will provide high-level administrative and client services, coordinate bookings and event logistics, and communicate across multiple departments to ensure exceptional experiences for all guests. This role plays a key part in showcasing our unique regional venue and supporting business growth.
As a Reservations Coordinator, you will:
- Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmed arrangements and internal handover.
- Liaise with clients to confirm accommodation, catering, activities, and event requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate files, schedules, invoices, and operational documentation.
- Communicate event details to operational teams and prepare daily running schedules.
- Support client arrival, check-in, onsite needs, and relationship building activities.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Experience in reservations, events, or hospitality operations within a customer-focused environment.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage records, systems, priorities, and deliver professional, responsive client service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to engage stakeholders and work collaboratively within a team.
- Relevant qualifications including Diploma level study, RSA, First Aid, and Food Handling and valid Australian working rights.
- WWCC and Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining an 'employee' Working with Children Check, and a valid Police Check within the last 12 months.
