Senior Designer / Studio Manager

We're looking for a Senior Designer / Studio Manager to take charge of the design output for email and catalogue campaigns for both digital and print for our client. Working with one of Australia's most recognisable retail names. This is a full-time opportunity to shape the visual identity of large-scale promotional communications, while leading a team and collaborating across marketing, brand, and digital functions.

Your day-to-day:

  • Design engaging creative for catalogue (print & digital) and email marketing
  • Champion best practice and innovation across key promotional channels
  • Provide creative direction, guidance, and support to the offshore design team
  • Manage timelines, workflows, and traffic for multiple concurrent projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategy into compelling design
  • Maintain brand alignment across all assets and platforms
  • Stay current with design technologies, formats, and trends

What you bring:

  • 8 years' experience as a Senior Designer in retail, eComm, or agency environments
  • Proven experience leading design teams (including remote/offshore)
  • A portfolio that shows exceptional promotional design across email and print/catalogue
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Strong time management and studio workflow coordination skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • A passion for high-quality, customer-focused design
  • A proactive mindset with sharp attention to detail
