We are seeking a highly skilled senior designer to spearhead the creation of world-class user experiences.

About the Role:
  • Lead the design process and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and engaging features that meet users' needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product and its users, driving design decisions that prioritize user-centred principles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design beautiful and functional mobile interfaces for our core experience, AI-powered features, and teacher marketplace platform.
  • Work closely with engineers to translate requirements into compelling user experiences, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years designing consumer mobile apps with a track record of creating successful features that drive user engagement.
  • Exceptional skills in visual design and user experience, with the ability to make complex concepts feel accessible and straightforward.
  • Collaborative spirit: excellent communication skills and experience working closely with product managers and engineers in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong foundation in user-centred design principles, with experience in wireframing, user flows, and iterative design processes.

This role requires a senior designer who can lead by example, inspiring their team to deliver outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their end-to-end design process, problem-solving approach, and impact on user metrics.
