About You

Southern Cross Catholic College Burwood is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Facilitator - Early Childhood and Educaiton Care to work at our College. As a suitably qualified Trainer, you will be a dynamic educator, keen to engage and inspire our students and deliver a curriculum that caters for students with different learning styles. You will also play a vital part in developing and implementing effective lesson plans to ensure high-quality student learning and engagement.

Essential Criteria

• degree in Early Chilhood Teaching, Early Childhood/Primary Teaching 0-12yrs or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• minimum 5 years industry experience in Early Childhood Children's Services
• familiarity with Early Childhood documentation such as the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority
• support the Catholic identity of the College
• excellent organisational and communication skills
• a passion for teaching and learning, and the education of young adults
• have flexibility of hours, with block delivery classes
• have the ability to work autonomously and also to work positively and collaboratively as part of a team
• have a commitment to supporting student learning in a unique and innovative learning environment
• ability to deliver online course content and support students using technological learning platforms.
