As an educator in our esteemed organization, you will be responsible for providing quality education and care to children, helping to support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.

  • Facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities
  • Engage in healthy and positive relationships with school-aged children with a creative mind

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members
  • Experience working with additional needs children is highly regarded
  • Reliable and consistent in meeting rostering requirements
  • Capability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
