Tagteam Australia is a proudly Indigenous owned and operated company, providing compliance, maintenance and repair services to some of Australia's most recognised brands. We specialise in Electrical & Fire compliance and general property maintenance, delivering reliable solutions nationwide.

We're seeking a motivated and adaptable Handy Person to join our service team. This role focuses on the upkeep and maintenance of multiple multi-storey office buildings, including minor repairs, safety compliance and general property care.

Based within our service team, you'll work across various buildings throughout greater metropolitan Sydney. You'll be expected to work both autonomously and as part of a team, coordinating with our Service coordinators to manage your daily schedule and consistently meet our clients needs.

Applicants MUST :

  • Hold full Australian working rights
  • Hold a current NSW Drivers License
  • Hold, or be willing to obtain, a current National Police check.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
  • Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Hold a current Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Preferred Applicants to have :-
- Experience in any of the following areas would be highly regarded (but not essential): Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling (minor repairs only), door and window maintenance, general property upkeep and Building Trades.
- basic hand tools + power tools.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Handling basic repairs and maintenance, and performing preventative maintenance
  • Installing household appliances such as printers and dishwashers
  • Fitting shelves, hanging pictures and furniture assembly
  • Replacing flyscreens, rubbish removal, and gutter cleaning
  • lights and lamp replacements, gyprocking, painting, door installation
  • Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work
  • Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed
  • As many of these skills as possible: Electrical, Carpentry, Tiling (minor repairs only), door repairs, and window maintenance, General property maintenance.
