About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic legal team at Strata Legal Queensland as a Commercial Lawyer. The role is working from home. We are looking for a candidate with minimum 1 year experience in commercial law.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in managing the commercial litigation practice, encompassing debt recovery work and enforcement such as bankruptcy and winding up.
  • Gain exposure to strata-related litigation.
  • Cultivate expertise in a specialised field with significant demand.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth within the firm.

  • Broad commercial legal expertise.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Background in any other practice areas will be of potential benefit.
