**Responsibilities**

MSF Australia is on a transformation journey, with training playing a major part of elevating the skills and knowledge of our organisation. This newly created role will join a supportive and collaborative HR Team to provide administration across all L&D and training programs. You will ensure all training is booked and trainees are communicated to efficiently; management of training and L&D documentation and reporting; training calendar support; and coordination of training space and materials.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will be motivated by ongoing learning and have a keen interest in developing a career in L&D. Ideally you can demonstrate:

- Knowledge of learning systems (Piiq, LinkedIn Learning, Workday);
- Exposure to working in an Agile environment;
- Attention to detail and highly organised;
- Confident experience with MS Office suite;
- Strong written and verbal communication and administration skills;
- and, a passion for being a part of a NFP organisation.
