Lead fun and safe jetski tours on the water and help create unforgettable experiences for guests from all over the world.


About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Jetski Tour Guide / Instructor to join our team in Cairns.

You'll be responsible for leading guided tours, ensuring all guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.

  • Lead guided jetski tours 4–5 days per week (on consecutive days – set schedule, specific days negotiable)
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Provide commentary and excellent customer service during tours
  • Assist with jetski preparation, basic maintenance, and guest check-in
  • Potential for a full-time position from December, depending on performance and mutual satisfaction

About you

  • Experience operating jetskis and/or working as an instructor or tour guide
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Personal Watercraft Licence (PWC) and First Aid Certificate
  • Confident, safety-conscious, and able to lead a group on the water
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Fun, outgoing, and passionate about creating great guest experiences
  • Available for a minimum of 4+ months
  • This role counts towards the 88 days regional work requirement
