We are looking for four energetic Collections Officers to join our Sydney CBD based team. This is an exciting opportunity to be apart of a rapidly expanding business with fantastic opportunities for career advancement. Your responsibilities as a Collections Officer include:

  • Building strong relationships with key customers to assist them in finding a pathway out of debt
  • Make outbound/inbound calls and emails
  • Manage and take ownership of accounts
  • Locate skipped customers utilising our search engines
  • Utilise respectful communication to build rapport with customers to negotiate the payment of outstanding accounts

About you:

  • Clear and confident communicator
  • NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Experience dealing with customers in a contact centre or customer facing role will be highly regarded
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to build good rapport with customers
  • Experience in working towards KPI's and achieving targets in a team environment
  • Quick learner
  • Committed and proactive approach
