As a
Credit & Collections Officer
, you'll:
Assess new customer applications and review creditworthiness
Manage delinquent accounts and negotiate payment plans
Collaborate with collections/legal partners when needed
Monitor accounts, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance

Experience in collections or credit assessment in financial services
Strong problem-solving, communication, and financial literacy
Persistence, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

$80-90k (plus super)
