What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients; at reception, by phone and via email
  • Support clients with investment account openings and estate administration
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (including AML/KYC)
  • Promote TPT Wealth products and services in every interaction
  • Support the broader client services team with day-to-day operations

What You'll Bring

  • Office administration experience (or transferable customer service skills)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Willingness and ability to obtain RG146 certification, we will help you with this
  • Experience in financial services is a plus, but not essential
