Our guests celebrate life's special moments at Aria, savour premium produce at Chophouse, unwind with garden views at Chiswick, and immerse themselves in the vibrant fusion of food, drink, and music at Rekōdo Restaurant & Vinyl Bar in Barangaroo House.

What are we looking for?  

We're seeking experienced Section Waiters with a strong track record in premium & fine dining to elevate guest experiences and ensure service excellence across our high-end restaurant portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 2+ years experience working as a Section Waiter within a Michelin, fine dining or premium dining restaurant
  • A passion for guest experience and creating memorable moments for our guests
  • Thorough understanding of Restaurant Sequence of Service and daily operations
  • WSET 2 desired but not essential

Salary

$65,000 - $80,000  + super - negotiable depending on experience.
