As a Project Manager, you will provide technical expertise in the area of project management and execution across both Voice and Managed Services offerings as part of our growing team. You will fully utilise your expertise across a multitude of project types to plan and coordinate
all aspects of a project, delegating tasks to team members, ensuring targets are met and reporting to senior management and other stakeholders.
The role will be based in our Head Office at Eight Mile Plains and you will be able to take advantage of our hybrid working privileges after a qualifying period.
Training and development will be a core part of this role – you will have the opportunity to participate in company sponsored training to continue for career development.

Work with existing partners and customers to get the most out of their Switch Connect relationship and to help in developing additional products and service offerings. Using an active and practical approach, you will direct the development and management of an effective channel to attain the company's strategic goals established in the company's strategic plan.
THE ROLE
- Deliver tasks and projects that demonstrate a thorough understanding and application of best practice project management to achieve client satisfaction targets and provide excellent client service.
- Contribute effectively to the overall strategic planning process of the Company.
- Take responsibility for coordinating the efficient and effective delivery of Switch Connects services and operations, driving service quality and operational excellence.
- Plan and implement business and operational plans, policies and processes that align with Switch Connects goals and objectives.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote the effective use of information services and resources and ensure Company goals and objectives are supported.
- Facilitate input from team members and other stakeholders and prepare Project Plans to manage the planning and delivery of assigned medium to high-complexity infrastructure projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose new approaches for consideration by management to contribute to improved business performance.
- Prepare and provide regular reports to senior staff regarding project progress and financial performance, and contribute to the development and implementation of clear, thorough and client centred project documentation in order to support informed and accountable decision making and clear understanding of project risks and successes.
- Successfully position Switch Connects products and service within the context appropriate to the specific partners or sectors, utilising Value Based arguments and Consultative Sales techniques.
- Coordinate project closures, ensuring all deliverables are completed.
- Ongoing development of project management processes, tasks, and tools.
THE PERSON
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- Degree/diploma or equivalent experience
- Microsoft 365 Solution stack demonstrable experience
- Telecommunications / Voice demonstrable Experience
- Relevant industry-specific qualifications in project management
- Applicants must have citizenship or permanent residency.
